Cancellation Policy

Summary

• Please cancel with as much notice as possible.
• 48+ hours notice: 20% cancellation charge.
• 24–48 hours notice: 50% cancellation charge.
• Less than 24 hours / no show: 100% charge.
• Rebooking requires payment of any cancellation charges.
• Deposits are transferable unless cancelled within 24 hours, in which case the deposit is lost.

Patch Test Policy

Summary

• Patch tests are required 48 hours before your appointment.
• You must book your patch test appointment at least 48 hours in advance.
• Please inform us in advance if you are unable to attend your patch test.
• Treatments requiring a patch test: Brow Tint, Lash Tint, Lash Lifts, Brow Lamination, Russian Lashes, and Classic Lashes.
